We provide very detailed buyer enquiries to our customers , so they are able to  quickly finalize orders with buyers. Details of  how to send your quotation to buyers FREE . We also follow very  comprehensive guidelines for evaluation of enquiries which are listed below.  

1. Check if the company has provided complete contact information like postal address, phone no., fax no.. Companies who only provide email address could be just checking market prices

2. Check the profile of the company - whether manufacturer, importer, trader, distributor, agent as provided to us. Based on our experience, enquiries from certain types of  companies are less likely to be converted to orders and are not processed further

3. Enquiries from certain countries like Nigeria, Ghana, Benin , Togo  are known to be fraud and are discarded.

4. We also evaluate the economy of the country from which the enquiry is originating. If the buyer is unable to pay for the goods purchased, a supplier loses money

5. The email address should be indicative of the nature of  the business

6. Importers from certain countries usually have websites. We visit the website to evaluate the business. We also check how long the company has been in business

7. We check information about the company available on the internet. Most Indian embassies and consulates have a monthly newsletter, which has information about complaints registered with them. Similarly the Export promotion bureau of Pakistan alerts exporters about fraud companies

8. We evaluate enquiries sent to us earlier through email.

9. If any supplier has contacted the buyer earlier, we check the supplier's feedback on the buyer

10.  We ask the buyer to provide references in India

11.  Usually 2-3 clarifications are asked from the buyer, before forwarding the enquiry. If the buyer does not respond satisfactorily, we conclude that the buyer is not reliable.

Despite the intensive screening process about, if any buyer is not genuine, we provide 1 additional enquiry free.
