Before conducting any business with a buyer or supplier it is important to check the background of the company involved. If you spend some time researching the background of the company, it could save you a lot of time & money:
Check if the company is registered with a local chamber of commerce
Ask for bank details and if possible, check the credit rating of the company
Embassy/consulate publish monthly reports which list complaints registered by exporters/importers. You can find out if there is any pending complaint against the company
Request the buyer to send samples of the product required. If this is not possible, ask the buyer to pay for freight for low value samples or give their DHL/Fedex no. A number of payment options are available for even small amounts
Genuine buyers will place small orders initially, to check the quality of the products. Most of the million dollar enquiries (usually from West African countries) , where you have to send samples initially are false.

money and had no answer. These crooks should be hanged in the court of law,we can send you for your guidance.

2. Info has given given one address patel plastic Corporation Bombay,three registered letter written, never received any reply their prices are competetive, we ,may have given remarkable business but this Co did not care.
Please let us see what you can do about these complaints.
